i’m sorry but i have to swear… FUCK those BASTARDS in the municipal/police force/datuk bandar/tok penghulu bangi.

for letting them penyangak, perompak, peragut, pencuri, pemecah rumah get away with terrorizing your very own constituents. those who unwittingly put you people in power.

campaigning against stray dogs? getting all worked up over a pissed off punk in Taiwan who doesn’t know how to sing Negaraku? fuming over whether we should teach our kids in English or our own mother tongue?

c’mon la higher uppers, can’t you guys see WE ARE LIVING IN FUCKING TERROR? terrified that this night might be the night our houses gets punctured into & raped?

Today was… a pretty interesting day. It got better and better, but I guess the icing on the cake happened at the end of the day.

My poor mini kopak (kancil yg perasan mini) was half starved, and needed some gas to make it safely home (eceh this is utter exaggeration). So I pit stopped at the usual joint, minding my own business and thinking today was good. After mini kopak was full, I plucked (so not the right word) in the ignition key, almost got to turning it, and waddaya know, the fella right in front of me took off without replacing back the gas pump nozzle, and pulled the poor hose out of its sockets. It lay helplessly on the ground, just like a snake wounded.

The guy immediately halted in the car’s track, and jumped out of his car, eagerly inspecting the damage done.

Yeah people, it was a guy!

So humans are a tad careless, and will now and then drop their guards and become, somewhat, mortal. The guy seemed pretty embarrassed, and was willing to do whatever the station’s master requested.

I tried to erase the cheeky grin flourishing on my chubby cheeks, but I just had to. I grabbed hold of my trusty hp, and immediately dialed my naughty sister. I should have pointed its camera onto the scene and snap a few pictures. It was a relief seeing the tuan punya station laughing away. I was hoping no blood would be spilled just because of a callous mistake. One of the pump attendant was trying to figure how to attach back the hose to its housing on the pump. The scene became a bit of a bore, and deary clouds were hanging maliciously upwards.

So I sprinted back home, trying not to crash onto cars in front of mini kopak.
The car too felt a tad springy, and was an angel to drive. I thank God for letting me home safe, and letting me finish my puasa hutang of past year.

Moral of the story: To err is human, be it man or woman.

I guess I’m still pissed at a KK parlimentarian/dato/something-of-that-kind for proclaiming, "If you cannot fight rape, lay down and enjoy it." He, should be raped. And have his pretty third wife raped in front of him. See how he feels about rape then. Fuck him!

I took only 2 hours to compose 3 half a page speeches. Hehe.

It was kinda like a walk back down memory lane. All those ilmu-ilmu PR and protocol gushed outta me onto those poor 3 pieces that I wrote. Whenever I write such speeches, I needed to know the formality of the occasion, who I was writing for, what was the designation, what that person represent, and who might be the potential guests.

But this time around I only had the samples that Khuzai sent me as a guide. I took those samples, read them and extracted the gist of each speech, and mauled it into my own skewered sentences.

2 hours later, ta-da, 3 tah pape speeches ready for perusal of Khuzai.

I wished I could compose lyrics though, just like Drew Barrymore’s character in Music & Lyrics. Gile cool. She puts heart & soul into it, and the product feels sincere & engaging. Not like most songs of modern times, it stank of money odour.

Okeh, enough of mengsengalkan diri.

They changed the name… A.G.A.I.N

Funny la… From Bahasa Malaysia, to Bahasa Melayu, to Bahasa Malaysia… A.G.A.I.N

No wonder the said language’s status seems to drop… no… slide seems to be more precise… out to oblivion. The biggest sacrifice of the Malay race for national unity kunun. Pehhh. I think the biggest sacrifice we ever did was following our leaders to their death. We bled and sweat for our nation’s independence. That’s the best sacrifice there is.

Besides, if you really, really want to connote the language as Bahasa Malaysia, you have to integrate all the ~lah’s, lu’s, gua’s, thambi’s, kalu’s, Samy Vellu’s vocab, and the superb unique integration of the different tongues in Malaysia. We can’t simply take the formal, mundane, grammar-full Bahasa Melayu as the universal language here. The fact is, that language is O.N.L.Y used in formal and having-a-gun-barrel-staring-into-your-eyes kind of situation.

It is the Malay’s language, but it is widely used throughout this country. I don’t see the change in the naming of the language to induce people to suddenly change tongues and integrate it in their daily routine.

English is widely used throughout this world, but I don’t see the English people blabbering about changing its name to Bahasa Dunia.

Duhhhhh.

But there seems to be less of a good thing to blog about. I can’t stomach the thought that our leaders, those we elect to power about 3 and a half years ago, are… well… stupid. I’m tired of trying to make sense of their rational behind their judgment calls. I’ve heard miss Fahimeh has just delivered a baby boy on the wee hours of today. Congratulations!

In 2 weeks time, a very2 kambing friend of mine, Abu Asan will come to end his bujang days. Another headache to get a nice wedding gift. ;P

Those 3 wells for BARAM E has started to flow again, and without much problem. That is so good, makes me want to be there again. I practically vanished from the face of this earth for 16days, calling Teknik Berkat (tender assist rig) home, hooked to BADP-E. I gained a lot (hahahaha… must read this line in a WHOLE-listic kinda way). Made new acquaintances. Can’t believe was able to do things I never dreamt of doing. And I so miss the bias treatment that I get for being there ;). Hehe.

I’ve fully utilized the squash court in PERMATA. My body aches every night, but it felt good to be able to bLasah dinDing after such a long time. Hearing the ball smash into the wall brought about nostalgia of the last year in UTP.

Am thinking of going off to UK for a bit. Just for the change of environment. Just so I could shiver without feeling artificial. Just so I could check out the high performance sports centre Miss Azalina so bullheaded-ly wanted to built.

Transformers, robots in disguise.

I wished I wasn’t gullible to what others think of this movie. JJ and Rudy dubbed it THE movie of the year. My friends find the movie least of all entertaining.

I find it too… pushing over the traditional notion of the cartoon. I was pretty much counting the times when the transformation sound will come up (just once). I wished Bumble Bee was a beetle (but the Camaro still rocks). I wished there were more Autobots.

I guess it was part my fault for not heeding Makwe’s warning, not to watch it when your head is numb. I watched it straight after work, and to think on the way to the cinema I was on the phone talking to the S.O.R babysitting the new wells which is part of _ _ _ _ _ E project (okay la… I was describing the ciput work I had to do since I went offshore) ;P About the project itself.

The storyline itself was nonsense. But I’ve found that I could tolerate that, if the visuals were very pleasurable. All I remembered were blurred out images of robots flying every each way. I can’t even savour the extent of the ‘wars’ between the robots. DeceptiCONed I was.

The good thing though, must have come from Bumble Bee, him trying to be cupid for Sam and hot babe Mikaela. The subtle way he played on the sound system, nice. Wished could have an AI type of radio, transmitting songs that reflects our mood (perghh kantoi x ingat la camni). Then the time he changed from a run-down poor looking Camaro to a brand-spanking sporty Camaro… that was awesome! I wished my Kancil could morph into a Mini Cooper.

And the tiny nasty chippering Decepticon robot, the one who turns into a radio was pretty cute.

Other than that, I was yawning as if there wasn’t enough air.

P/S: I’m writing like a _ _ _ _. Damn writer’s block. I need to start reading stuff again.

Ok laa… this is my third trial at coming up with a blog entry.

And since the first two was full with scathing comments on our powers that be, it might be better off lost from the screens of my laptop before I got the chance to save it.

So to Khuzai, Moon, Baiti & especially Che Muzaini, I will do my best to compile our adventures we had in Kelantan. Che, I do hope you’re having the best times in your life with your newly wedded husband.

To those whose birthdays I’ve missed, truly sorry. Guess keeping in touch with… errr… how many hundreds of people I’ve known throughout my short life… Is next to impossible. But impossible is nothing. So happy belated birthdays.

To those kenduri’s I’ve been invited to but did not show up, my bad. And congrats on the new status. I wished I could make it… but life has a way of making the simplest things difficult ;P

Something’s not right, and I don’t actually dare to divulge further into this grey territory. But still… that curiosity and a belief that my faith is the most ideal and fair lingers.

So how should we start addressing this pretty sensitive issue? How do we thread through the prickly issue without invoking another 13 May 1969? Haha… I just cannot piece the right thought thread without sounding too biased, or too obnoxious to anyone on both side of the fence.
