Congratulations Nicol Ann David 
CONGRATULATIONS to our paralympic team for FESPIC Wow.. They were awesome! Not only did they harvested plenty of gold, silver and bronze medals, they shamed the seemingly normal athletes (Except of course those on Nicol’s level).
What can we conclude from such a-success? To me, these people REALLY put their time, energy and effort for their passion for what they were doing. They’re proud of their role in the Games, thus they actually take ownership on their performance. They’re with their peers. They’re coached to do something that they find passion in.
Come to think of it, aren’t our athletes as lucky as our FESPIC team?
Oh, but I guess they’re not paid as much. I guess they’re just too good, that our country cannot offer a good enough training ground that we had to acquire land from other country (Dato Azalina… any progress?).
I don’t know. All I know is that I don’t have a free place to practice squash… How’s that in head hunting future athletes?
